Cassandra Robert Appointed to Financial Manager Position

We are excited to welcome Cassandra Robert to the OPCD team as our Financial Manager. Cassandra comes to OPCD with over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Langston University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Ashford University.

Cassandra is also a member of the New Orleans Chapter of National Association of Black Accountants and the Government Financial Officials Association.
